Engaged by the owner, Duke Properties, on 2 real estate locations in Delaware to maximize profits.
Scope of work and presentation: To analyze the trade areas and their real estate locations leased to Buffalo Wild Wings within the trade areas to determine a recommended course of action for Duke Properties. PSR reviewed and presented which course of action was best for the owner for both locations based on their tolerance for risk and reward. Trade aerials were prepared and were part of the report for them to better understand the areas and their real estate within the trade areas. The conclusion was for Duke Properties to sell the real estate and PSR handled the negotiations on behalf of Duke and secured the best-selling prices to maximize their profits.
