Tenants today include 84,000 sf ShopRite, Ross Dress for Less, Burlington, Planet Fitness, Chase Bank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Wawa, Blink Fitness, AT&T, Popeyes and American Credit Union
- Engaged by Developer to research, locate, and secure development site
- Sourced 40-acre site in Cinnaminson, NJ
- Negotiated LOI to purchase on behalf of developer
- Based upon deep real estate relationship with landowner, PSR was able to secure the location/opportunity over other national developers for our client
- Secured ShopRite as tenant for the 1st phase of development
Responsible for 110,000 sf Shoppes at Wissinoming, Philadelphia, PA
Tenants today include 68,000 sf ShopRite, Wawa, Popeyes, Blink Fitness, AT&T, and American Heritage Credit Union
- Engaged by Developer to research, locate, and secure a supermarket development site
- Sourced existing off-market operating industrial facility on 10 acres in Philadelphia, PA
- Although the business and property were not listed for sale, PSR was able to secure the location/opportunity for our client
- Identified ShopRite as the best prospect due to spacing
- Negotiated LOI to purchase on behalf of Developer

Horsham, PA
Tenants today include CVS, Wawa, and P.J. Whelihan’s Pub
- Engaged by developer to prepare target area for an acquisition to develop for a convenience/gas retailer
- Created and researched target area and presented opportunities to developer
- Existing site was occupied by a catering facility building and was not listed for sale
- Negotiated LOI on behalf of developer and was able to secure the location over other developers attempting to secure the property
- Developer rezoned the property and built the pad sites
