PSR Difference
A seasoned owner/developer who has been in business since 1965 and owns over 4.5 million sf of commercial properties, including shopping centers, sold 2 off-market supermarket anchored shopping centers totaling 331,000 sf to two of our clients. The owner was so pleased with the pricing and terms he became a reference for PSR. The owner/developer also has an additional 2 million sf of projects in the pipeline and owns over 2,500 apartments.
An Institutional buyer of shopping centers identified a specific value-add shopping center they wanted to purchase and engaged multiple brokers to represent them over an approximate 10-year period, but no broker could deliver the property. Although PSR had not previously represented this institutional buyer in the acquisitions of shopping centers, PSR was able to deliver the center to the buyer who ended up purchasing the center, added value to the center and then sold the center for a substantial profit. Since that original transaction, PSR has sold over a million square feet of shopping centers to this buyer.
